BENTON – The following information was released by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, February 27, 2023.

2-16-23 Josiah P. Crotser, age 24, of Thompsonville was ticketed for speeding and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
2-18-23 Yderf S. Alexis, age 21, of Carterville was ticketed for adult use cannabis in a motor vehicle.
2-18-23 Christopher D. Knight, age 34, of Creal Springs was arrested for driving while license suspended and ticketed for disobeying a stop sign.
2-18-23 Riley M. Carter, age 26, of Benton was ticketed for driving with a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
2-18-23 Angelica L. Joiner, age 30, of West Frankfort was ticketed for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving with a suspended registration and driving while license suspended.
2-20-23 Judith A. Rose, age 60, of Benton was ticketed for speeding.
2-20-23 Adam L. Minier, age 23, of Benton was ticketed for speeding.
2-22-23 Scott W. Huppert, age 45, of Sparta, IL. was ticketed for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
2-23-23 John D. Thomas, age 28, of Marion was ticketed for driving while license suspended and speeding.
2-24-23 Denise L. Orrill, age 56, of Thompsonville was ticketed for speeding.
2-25-23 James D. Poole, age 23, of Benton was ticketed for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
2-26-23 Trenton A. Brannan, age 26, of Benton was ticketed for having a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

WARRANT ARRESTS
2-15-23 Deanthony J. Hall, age 26, of Carbondale. Failure to appear for driving while license suspended and a Williamson County failure to appear for resisting a Peace Officer.
2-16-23 Anthony L. Kasper, age 27, of West Frankfort. Union County failure to appear for battery.
2-24-23 Derek A. Selby, age 26, of West Frankfort. Theft
2-24-23 Lonnie R. Ayers, age 45, of Woodlawn, IL. Failure to appear for driving while license suspended.
2-25-23 Robbin L. Baxter, age 42, of Valier. Williamson County failure to appear for retail theft.

All subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
