BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following information on Monday, March 13, 2023

3-1-23 Amber L. Sutton, age 28, was arrested for Criminal Trespass to a Residence.
3-2-23 Daniel L. Johnson, age 41, of Marion was arrested for two counts of Domestic Battery.
3-4-23 Elijah B. Mason, age 22, of Herrin was ticketed for Disobeying a Stop Sign and Unlawful Operation of an ATV on the Roadway.
3-6-23 Rebecca R. Watson, age 40, of Thompsonville was ticketed for Driving while License Suspended and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.
3-6-23 James L. Bock, age 58, of West Frankfort was ticketed for Having a Suspended Registration and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.
3-9-23 Johsua J. Caliguire, age 40, of Dunnellon, FL was ticketed for Failure to Secure Child under the age of 8.
3-11-23 Trumaine A. Jenicke, age 27, of Energy was arrested for Obstructing Identification.
3-11-23 Brianna R. Rooney, age 26, of Whittington was ticketed for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.

3-3-23 Shaun P. Riechman, age 40, of Benton. Forgery.
3-3-23 Christina M. Montoya, age 46, of Thompsonville. Failure to Appear for Obstructing Justice.
3-4-23 Terri R. Cagle, age 31, of Johnston City. Failure to Appear for Possession of Methamphetamine.
3-5-23 Rebecca L. Shepherd, age 53, of Marion. Failure to Appear for Driving while License Revoked.
3-6-23 Kevin W. Kondoudis, age 53, of Buckner. Violation of Bail Bond and Aggravated Domestic Battery.
3-8-23 Gavin M. Mohring, age 23, of Thompsonville. Aggravated Battery.
3-9-23 Chieanne L. Hamel, age 27, of West City. Aggravated Battery and Battery.
