Tyler Bundren, 18, of Marion has been issued citations for Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on May 11, 2023 in the 1100 block of N. Carbon St.

Morgan Jones, 28, of West Frankfort has been arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on May 18, 2023.

Hilliary Burris, 53, of Hurst has been arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on May 18, 2023.

Whitney Jones, 28, of Herrin has been arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on May 18, 2023.

David McRoy, 60, of Pittsburg has been issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on May 15, 2023 in the area of S. Court St. and W. Main St.

Dwayne Jennings, 41, of West Frankfort has been arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession/Transportation of Cannabis and No Seatbelt When Required on May 15, 2023 in the area of Halfway Rd.

Norma Davis, 68, of Marion has been arrested for Assault on May 17, 2023 in the 900 block of Radcliffe St.

Cheryl James, 61, of Carterville has been issued a citation for Retail Theft at Walmart on May 17, 2023.

Sunshine McClintock, 46, of Royalton has been issued a citation for Retail Theft at Walmart on May 17, 2023.

Avila Sanchez, 35, of Murphysboro has been arrested for 2 counts of Aggravated Battery on May 20, 2023 in the 3300 block of W. DeYoung St.
