PADUCAH – The National Weather Service in Paducah has issued a Winter Storm Watch that will be in effect from Tuesday evening through Wednesday morning for Edwards, Jackson, Jefferson, Wabash, Wayne and Perry counties in southern Illinois.

Forecasters say heavy wet snow with total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches possible.
