Jennifer Mezo, 47, of Carbondale has been arrested for Adult Possession of Cannabis and Possession of a Stolen Vehicle in the 2700 block of W. Main St. on April 7, 2023.
Constance Johnson-Ward, 35, of Marion has been arrested for Resisting a Police Officer and Criminal Trespass to Property in the 2700 block of W. DeYoung St. on April 7, 2023.
Richard Bird, 54, of Marion has been arrested for Domestic Battery in the 1300 block of S. Van Buren St. on April 6, 2023.
Steven Turner, 40, of Johnston City has been arrested for Violation of Bail Bond on April 7, 2023 in the 1300 block of N. Carbon St.
Stephanie Garland, 34, of Marion has been arrested in the area of Calico Rd. on April 7, 2023 for Domestic Battery.
John Higginbotham III, 27, of Marion has been arrested for Retail Theft in the 500 block of S. Court St. on April 7, 2023.
Damon Jones, 46, of Johnston City has been arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on April 3, 2023 in the area of N. Court St. and Scottsboro Rd.
Brittny Beliveau, 43, of West Frankfort has been arrested in the 2600 block of Vernell Rd. on April 2, 2023 for Criminal Trespass to Vehicle, Aggravated Battery to a Police Officer and Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer.
