MARION – The following information was released by the Marion Police Department on Monday, April 3, 2023.

Tehavis Davis II, 19, of Herrin has been arrested for Aggravated Unlawful Possession of a Weapon and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on March 29, 2023 on the 1400 block of W. DeYoung St.

Ciara Rogers, 36, of Herrin has been arrested for Criminal Trespass to Property in the 1100 block of W. Central St. on April 1, 2023.

Cody Arrowood, 24, of Eldorado has been issued citations for Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Driving While License Suspended, Failure to Wear a Seat Belt and Unlawful Use of an Electronic Device When Driving on April 2, 2023 in the 2600 block of W. DeYoung St.

Kelly Jefferson, 45, of Marion has been arrested for Domestic Battery in the 500 block of N. Russell St. on April 2, 2023.
