Franklin County Sheriff’s Report

BENTON – This is the Franklin County Sheriff’s Report that was released on Monday, May 24, 2020.

5-18-21 Andrea F. Odum age 40 of Johnston City was arrested for criminal trespass to property.

5-18-21 Alex S. Smith age 21 of West Frankfort was ticketed for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper display of registration plates.

5-18-21 Forrest E. Isom Jr. age 37 of Eldorado was arrested for driving while license suspended. Isom also had a Williamson County failure to appear warrant for driving while license suspended.

5-19-21 Drew J. Bowers age 22 of Orient was arrested for criminal damage to property.

5-19-21 Erika N. Thompson age 25 of Zeigler was arrested for driving while license suspended.

5-21-21 Francis A. Parola age 28 of Johnston City was arrested on a Williamson County warrant for driving while license suspended.

5-22-21 Christopher H. Hartman age 42 of Carbondale was arrested for theft, residential burglary and possession of a stolen vehicle.

5-23-21 Darren A. Cronin age 29 of West Frankfort was arrested for unlawful use of weapons and ticketed for improper use of an electronic device.

5-24-21 David G. Blair age 58 of Logan was arrested for domestic battery.

WARRANT ARRESTS

5-17-21 Jordan E. Terrana age 23 of Carterville. Failure to appear for theft.

5-18-21 Dianna S. Whited age 20 of Brookport. Failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine.

5-19-21 Anthony W. Tucker age 40 of Christopher. Failure to appear for driving while license suspended.

5-19-21 Cody A. Moyers age 30 of Mulkeytown. Failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine.

5-20-21 Desiree G. Fore age 37 of Herrin. Failure to appear for battery.

5-22-21 Brittany A. Stanley age 22 of West Frankfort. Failure to appear for concealing or aiding a fugitive.

5-23-21 Eric D. Hayes age 45 of West Frankfort. Petition to revoke on possession of methamphetamine.

The public is reminded that all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
