BENTON – The following information was released by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, April 10, 2023.

3-31-23 Michael A. Burroughs, age 24, of West Frankfort was ticketed for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.
4-1-23 Shaun T. Williams, age 21, of West Frankfort was ticketed for speeding.
4-3-23 Raymond J. Miller, age 21, of Benton was ticketed for disobeying a traffic control device, having a modified exhaust and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
4-3-23 Jakeb N. Anders, age 21, of Benton was ticketed for speeding.
4-6-23 Joshua M. Hosick, age 37, of Logan was ticketed for having a suspended registration and unlawful use of an electronic device.
4-6-23 Thomas L. Quillen, age 40, of Thompsonville was ticketed for unlawful use of an electronic device.
4-7-23 Shelby L. Hart, age 31, of Christopher was ticketed for having an expired registration.
4-8-23 Anthony M. Dunning, age 27, of West Frankfort was ticketed for speeding.
4-8-23 Jessica R. Parker, age 31, of Valier was ticketed for speeding.
4-8-23 Melinda G. Leposky, age 46, of Royalton was ticketed for speeding.
4-8-23 Philip N. Rexing, age 28, of McLeansboro was ticketed for speeding.
4-8-23 Joshua A. Wright, age 36, of Norris City was arrested for battery.
4-9-23 Tyler D. Karns, age 21, of West Frankfort was ticketed for no valid driver’s license and failure to signal.
4-9-23 Alexis N. Melville, age 38, of Marion was arrested for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

4-7-23 James R. Graham, age 59, of Christopher. Madison County failure to appear warrant on theft charges.
4-7-23 Joshua L. Watkins, age 39, of Zeigler. Failure to appear for retail theft.
