BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following warrant information for publication on Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2024.

Twenty-four-year-old Cody L. Summers is wanted out of Franklin County for Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance and Possession of Methamphetamine. He was last known to be living in the West Frankfort area. 

Twenty-nine-year-old David D. Johnson-Buck is wanted out of Franklin County for Possession of Cannabis. He was last known to be living in the Pinckneyville area.

Twenty-nine-year-old Dakota M. Irvin is wanted out of Franklin County for Possession of Methamphetamine. He was last known to be living in the Benton area.  

If you see any of these subjects, please do not approach them as they could be considered armed and/or dangerous.
