MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2024.

Thomas Dunn, 22, of Pittsburg was arrested for Domestic Battery at 3000 block of West DeYoung Street on Feb. 5, 2024.

Eric Gillihan, 25, of Marion was arrested for Motor Vehicle Burglary in the 1700 block of Faust Street on Feb. 5, 2024.

Charles Scott, 34, of Marion was arrested for Retail Theft at Menards on Feb. 7, 2024.

Sabrina Davis, 43, of Johnston City was arrested for Retail Theft at Menards on February 7, 2024.

Francisco Suarez, 36, of Chicago was arrested for Retail Theft at Dillard’s on Feb. 7, 2024.

Candita Mckitrick, 50, of Carbondale was arrested for Unlawful Display of Vehicle Registration, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Unlawful Use/Representation of a License Plate in the 700 block of East DeYoung Street on Feb. 8, 2024.

Jashayla Lacy, 30, of Pittsburg was issued citations for Driving on a Suspended License and Unlawful Possession of Cannabis in the 2700 block of Walton Way on Feb. 8, 2024.

Benjimen Tripp, 46, of Pittsburg was issued citations for Unlawful Possession of Cannabis and Unlawful Possession of Alcohol by a passenger in the 2700 block of Walton Way on Feb. 8, 2024.

Darrel Taylor, 41, of West Frankfort was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in the area of Michael Lane and Halfway Road on Feb. 8, 2024.

Samantha Gillihan, 47, of Christopher was issued a citation for Unlawful Possession of Cannabis by a Driver in the area of Michael Lane and Halfway Road on Feb. 8, 2024.

Bryant Bartok, 42, of Herrin was arrested for Retail Theft/Altering Labels at Walmart on Feb. 8, 2024.

Richard Cooper, 35, of Marion was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer in the 2600 block of Michael Lane on Feb. 8, 2024.

Warren Grimes, 18, of Marion was arrested for Bicycle Equipment Violations and Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer in area of Main Street and George Sims Road on Feb. 8, 2024.

Brent Odum, 31, of Johnston City was arrested for Aggravated Domestic Battery, Criminal Damage to Property, Unlawful Possession of Cannabis, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol by a Driver, and Driving on a Suspended License in the 1300 block of West Boulevard Street on Feb. 9, 2024.

Wayne Isom, 58, of Marion was arrested for Violation of Bail Bond in the 1900 block of East Pickett Lane on Feb. 9, 2024.

Joshua Hall, 33, of De Soto was arrested for Driving on a Suspended License and Unlawful Possession of Cannabis and Unlawful Transportation of Alcohol on the 900 block of East Court Street on Feb. 9, 2024.

William Hayes, 50, of Marion was arrested for Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer and Obstructing Justice in the areas of West DeYoung Street and North Monroe Street on Feb. 12, 2024.
