BENTON – The following information was released by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, Aug. 7, 2023.

7-24-23 Samantha S. Vachata, age 40, of Zeigler was issued a traffic citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

8-2-23 Joshua J. Kempf, age 36, of Thompsonville was arrested for domestic battery.

8-2-23 Tyler J. Palmer, age 28, of Macedonia was issued a traffic citation for speeding.

8-2-23 Mark M. Campbell, age 53, of West City was issued a traffic citation for failure to signal.

8-2-23 Jaylen J. Hubbard, age 23, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for speeding.

8-2-23 Austin M. Bilderback, age 28, of Marion was issued a traffic citation for having an expired registration.

8-2-23 Lacy J. Saltzgiver, age 39, of West Frankfort was arrested for endangering the life or health of a child.

8-2-23 David A. Rosenau, age 37, of West Frankfort was arrested for endangering the life or health of a child.

8-3-23 William C. Williford, age 41, of Macedonia was issued traffic citations for having a suspended registration and failure to reduce speed to avoid a traffic accident.

8-4-23 Dayana D. Jaen, age 41, of Thompsonville was issued a traffic citation for failure to secure child in a child restraint.

8-4-23 Grechen R. Livernois, age 46, of Benton was arrested for domestic battery.

8-4-23 Patrick L. Gurley, age 66, of Sesser was arrested for unlawful violation of an order of protection.

8-4-23 Misty D. Russell, age 42, of Mulkeytown was issued a traffic citation for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.

8-5-23 Gavin L. Hedger, age 18, of Benton was issued a traffic citation for speeding.

8-5-23 Tony S. Kendall, age 50, of Thompsonville was issued traffic citations for disobeying a stop sign and illegal transportation of alcohol.

8-5-23 Maggie A. McMullin, age 21, of Macedonia was issued a traffic citation for speeding.

8-5-23 Adrienne M. Mason, age 40, of Benton was issued a traffic citation for speeding.

8-5-23 Isaac J. Wysong, age 21, of Thompsonville was issued a traffic citation for speeding.

8-6-23 Ethan J. Sturgill, age 20, of Desoto was arrested for criminal damage to property.

8-2-23 April D. Trexler, age 43, of Marion. Failure to appear for driving while license suspended.

8-4-23 Gregory J. Harris, age 52, of Christopher. Failure to appear for resisting a Peace Officer.
