Krista L. Overmyer, 54, of Carterville was arrested for Retail Theft and Criminal Trespass at Walmart on Dec. 21, 2025.

Caleb R. Montgomery, 46, of Marion was arrested for Violation of Sex Offender Registration in the 1000 block of DeYoung St on Dec. 30, 2025.

Bradley K. Buretz, 42, of Vienna was arrested for Battery in the 2800 block of Outer Drive on Dec. 30, 2025.

Jeremy S. Bloodworth, 43, of Marion was arrested for Theft in the 2600 block of Main Street on Dec. 30, 2025.

Donovan A. Crecy, 18, of Itasca was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Cannabis in the area of Outer Drive and Williamson County Parkway on Dec. 30, 2025.
