MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Friday, Dec. 19, 2025.

Mariah Vazquez, 26, of Harrisburg was issued a citation for Driving without a License/Never Issued on Dec. 14, 2025, in the 700 block of East DeYoung Street.

Stephanie Garland, 37, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Trespass to Residence in the 1400 block of Boulevard Street on Dec. 15, 2025.

William Lynch Jr., 28, of Carbondale was arrested for Failure to Report Change of Employment within 3 days and Operating a Vehicle with Suspended Registration for No Insurance in the area of West DeYoung Street and Skyline Drive on Dec. 17, 2025.

Davionna Washington, 24, of Cape Girardeau, MO, was arrested for Obstructing Identification, Resisting Arrest, Threatening a Public Official and Retail Theft at Walmart on Dec. 17, 2025.

Markus Ford, 27, of Marion was arrested for Violating Conditions of Pretrial Release on Dec. 17, 2025, in the 100 block of North Buchanan Street.
