MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Thursday, Oct. 2, 2025. 

John A. Ladd, 41, of West Frankfort was arrested for Driving on a Suspended License in the area of Morgan Avenue and Cash Street on Sept. 24, 2025.

Bobbie J. Headrick, 36, of Murphysboro was arrested for Illegal Transportation of Alcohol in the area of Morgan Avenue and Cash Street on Sept. 24, 2025.

William M. Longwell, 53, of Herrin was arrested for Violation of Sex Offender Registration in the 800 block of Washington Street on Sept. 25, 2025.

Kura N. Willwerth, 25, of Hurst was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in the area of DeYoung Street and Carbon Street on Sept. 25, 2025.

Nathan P. Johnson, 34, of Marion was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance in the 1800 block of Bittle Place on Sept. 27, 2025.

Jacob M. Groves, 22, of Marion was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on Sept. 29, 2025.

Jeremy R. Thiele, 36, of Marion was arrested for Driving on a Revoked License and Unlawful Possession of Cannabis in the 600 block of Carbon Street on Sept. 29, 2025.

Jannie L. Coley, 31, of Marion was arrested for Driving on Suspended License in the 1100 block of DeYoung Street on Sept. 29, 2025.

Joshua A. Walls, 46, of Eldorado was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Controlled Substance in the 900 block of Court Street on Sept. 30, 2025.

Steven M. Taylor, 56, of Galatia was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Cannabis in the 900 block of Court Street on Sept. 30, 2025.

Derek R. Sweet, 37, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Trespass in the 1300 block of Enterprise Way on Sept. 30, 2025.
