MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information this week. 

Emery A. Eubanks, 28, of Carbondale was arrested for Retail Theft at Target on August 15, 2025.

Kailey A. Nation, 28, of Pittsburg was arrested for Driving on a Suspended License and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle in the 1100 block of Carbon Street on August 16, 2025.

Quincy D. Hughes, 54, of Carbondale was arrested for Violation of Order of Protection in the 1300 block of Carbon Street on August 16, 2025.

Jonathan C. Lingle, 35, of Goreville was arrested for Burglary and Possession of Methamphetamine in the 2700 block of Walton Way on August 17, 2025.

Casey A. Ellis, 35, of Marion was arrested for Violation of Sex Offender Registration in the 800 block of McClaren Street on August 18, 2025.

Isabel A. Smith, 18, of Carbondale was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on August 18, 2025.

Isabel A. Smith, 18, of Carbondale was arrested for Criminal Trespass in the 1000 block of Court Street on August 18, 2025.

Riley J. January, 23, of Zeigler was arrested for Domestic Battery in the 2600 block of DeYoung Street on August 20, 2025.

Shannon M. Dolderer, 32, of Marion was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on August 20, 2025.

Richard E. Bryant, 52, of Marion was arrested for Aggravated Domestic Battery in the 1800 block of Bittle Place on August 20, 2025.
