MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Monday, Aug. 11, 2025. 

Darius M. Love, 42, of Chicago was arrested for Driving on a Suspended License in the area of DeYoung Street and I-57 on Aug. 6, 2025.

Justin A. Phipps, 25, of Herrin was arrested for Criminal Damage to Property and Domestic Battery in the 1500 block of Brittany Lane on Aug. 7, 2025.

Pearl L. Lewis, 44, of West Frankfort was arrested for Violation of an Order of Protection in the 300 block of Vicksburg Street on August 8, 2025.

Nicholette M. Leeper, 34, of Johnston City was arrested for Criminal Damage to Property, Aggravated Battery, and Resisting a Police Officer in the 2500 block of Blue Heron Drive on Aug. 8, 2025.

Ryder A. Watson, 18, of Benton was arrested for Public Indecency and Disorderly Conduct in the area of DeYoung Street and Broeking Road on Aug. 9, 2025.

David J. Ahr, 45, of Olney was arrested for Aggravated Battery in the 1800 block of Bittle Place on Aug. 9, 2025.

Zachary R. Dewar, 35, of Du Quoin has been arrested for Obstructing Justice and Falsifying a Police Report in the 500 block of Reeves Street on Aug. 9, 2025.

Devin L. Duncan, 34, of Marion was arrested for Unlawful Use of Cannabis, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, Driving with No Valid Drivers License, and Aggravated Fleeing in the 800 block of Court Street on Aug. 9, 2025.

Vincent D. Williams, 59, of Herrin was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on Aug. 9, 2025.

Wayne K. Ayrow, 40 of Marion was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on Aug. 10, 2025.

Brittany N. Stroud, 38, of Marion was arrested for Theft in the 800 block of Main Street on Aug. 10, 2025.

Jason A. Dickens, 42, of Peoria was arrested for Criminal Trespass in the 1100 block of Main Street on Aug. 11, 2025.
