MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Monday, June 2, 2025. 

Misty A. Copher, 47, of Marion was issued a citation for Criminal Trespass in the 800 block of Main Street on May 29, 2025.

Shannon R. Malone, 48, of Carterville was arrested for Driving on Suspended License in the area of Bentley Street and Elm Street on May 29, 2025.

Brian J. Evans, 45, of Marion was arrested for Driving on Suspended License in the area of Boulevard Street and Chenowith Street on May 29, 2025.

Gregorio C. Golindano, 40, of Carbondale was arrested for Driving while Registration Suspended and No Valid Driver’s License in the area of DeYoung Street and Halfway Road on May 30, 2025.

Kalea J. Fleming, 20, of Johnston City was arrested for Aggravated Battery in the area of Russell Street and Central Street on May 30, 2025.

Skylar R. Fleming, 20, of Johnston City was arrested for Domestic Battery in the area of Russell Street and Central Street on May 30, 2025.

Britany R. Griffith, 31, of Marion was arrested for Retail Theft at Target on May 30, 2025.

Daniel A. Kiesow, 40, of Springfield was arrested for Indecent Solicitation of a Child in the 2600 block of Main Street on May 30, 2025.

Stephen L. Crain, 49, of Marion was arrested for Driving on Suspended License, Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Failure to Wear Seatbelt in the 2700 block of DeYoung Street on May 31, 2025.

Miguel L. Ruiz-Villazon, 20, of Marion was arrested for Obstructing Identification, Consumption of Liquor by Minor and Resisting a Police Officer in the 500 block of College Street on May 31, 2025.

Precious A. Payton, 19, of Carbondale was arrested for Obstructing Identification, Consumption of Liquor by Minor and Resisting a Police Officer in the 500 block of College Street on May 31, 2025.

Isis N. Williams-Wolaver, 20, of Marion was arrested for Obstructing Identification and Consumption of Liquor by Minor in the 500 block of College Street on May 31, 2025.

Fabian P. Burgos, 19, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Trespass in the 1800 block of Bittle Place on May 31, 2025.

Travis R. Marshall, 45, of Marion was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance in the area of Rendleman Street and Carbon Street on June 1, 2025.

Dustin L. Randolph, 43, of Pekin was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Making False Police Report in the 2700 block of DeYoung Street on June 2, 2025.
