MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Monday, April 28, 2025. 

Daniel Ridings, 24, of Marion was issued a citation for Theft in the 1400 block of Glendale Street on April 21, 2025.

Raymond Marshall Jr., 40, of Herrin was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Aggravated Assault in the 1700 block of George Sims Drive on April 24, 2025.

Derek Selby, 28, of West Frankfort was arrested for Disorderly Conduct in the 100 block of Russell Street on April 24, 2025.

Matthew Slinkard, 37, of Marion was arrested for Violation of an Oder of Protection in the 1700 block of Turnage Lane on April 25, 2025.

Kayla Tolbert, 24, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Damage to Property and Resisting a Police Officer in the 1400 block of Howell Drive on April 25, 2025.

Jerry Hall, 58, of Herrin was arrested for Obstructing Identification and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in the 900 block of Main Street on April 25, 2025.

Jacob Mangrum, 26, of Marion was arrested for Disorderly Conduct in the 1400 block of Shawnee Drive on April 25, 2025.

Darryl Rayford, 32, of Marion was arrested for Aggravated Domestic Battery in the 1000 block of Van Buren Street on April 25, 2025.

Steven Briscoe, 55, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery in the 800 block of Jodi Lane on April 27, 2025.
