MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Thursday, April 24, 2025. 

David Brown, 45, of Marion was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine in the 1400 block of Russell Street on April 19, 2025.

Lawanda Kaegi, 40, of Marion was arrested for Aggravated Assault in the 300 block of Market Street on April 22, 2025.

Kano Stewart, 26, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Trespass in the 1800 block of Bittle Place on April 23, 2025.

Miranda Stacy, 40, of Johnston City was arrested for Drivers License Expired more than a Year in the area of The Hill Avenue and I-57 on April 23, 2025.

James Claxon, 31. of Marion was arrested for Driving on Suspended License in the area of West Main Street and South Vicksburg Street on April 23, 2025.

Christopher Lovies, 55, of Marion was arrested for Violating Sex Offender Registration in the 800 block of Main Street on April 23, 2025.
