MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Thursday, April 3, 2025.

Phillip Russell, 42, of Marion was arrested for Driving on Suspended License in the area of Court Street and Belcher Street on March 26, 2025.

Victoria Holmes, 44, of Johnston City was issued a citation for Criminal Trespass at Walmart on March 28, 2025.

Lawanda Kaegi, 40, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Trespass in the 500 block of Market Street on March 30, 2025.

Jessica Whitmire, 36, of Marion was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine in the 1600 block of Maplewood Street on April 1, 2025.

Margaret Reichert, 63, of MS was issued a citation for Failure to Reduce Speed to avoid an Accident in the area of DeYoung and Williamson County Parkway on April 1, 2025.

John Herrmann, 73, of Eldorado was issued a citation for Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle in the area of DeYoung and Williamson County Parkway on April 1, 2025.

Dylan Johnson, 27, of West Frankfort was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in the 1700 block of DeYoung Street on April 2, 2025.

Brady Westberry, 45, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery in the 1600 block of Matthew Lane on April 2, 2025.

Bobby Owen, 46, of Marion was arrested for Violation of an Order of Protection in the 1400 block of State Street on April 2, 2025.
