MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Friday, March 7, 2025. 

Dylan Nauman, 30, of Herrin was arrested for Retail Theft and Unlawful Use of Cannabis at Target on Feb. 22, 2025.

Eli Cain, 21, of Marion was issued a citation for Trespassing in the 600 block of Union Street on Feb. 26, 2025.

Robert Young, 44 of Murray, KY, was arrested for Retail Theft at Rural King on March 1, 2025.

Jaden Daily, 18, of Tamms was arrested for Motor Vehicle Theft in the 1600 block of Carbon Street on March 2, 2025.

Ether Cox, 34, of Marion was arrested for Battery in the 400 block of Vicksburg Street on March 2, 2025.

Colton Haught, 23, of Herrin was arrested for Domestic Battery in the 1300 block of Scottsboro Road on March 4, 2025.

Russell Kelley Sr., 60, of Marion was issued a citation for Violation of Offender Registration in the 1300 block of Cherry Street on March 4, 2025.

Jerome Sadler, 43, of Marion was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance, Disobeying Stop Sign and Possession of Cannabis in the area of DeYoung Street and Russell Street on March 4, 2025.

Jessica Stracher, 31, of Auburn, WA, was arrested for Driving on Suspended License in the area of Ewan Street and Main Street on March 5, 2025.
