MARION – The City of Marion will celebrate the completion of renovations to Tower Square Plaza with a ribbon cutting ceremony Monday at 4 p.m. under the Clock Tower on Tower Square.

According to the city, revitalization of Tower Square Plaza came to life through several phases of meticulous planning and execution, involving countless hours and expertise from a multitude of specialists. This collaborative effort has resulted in a safer and more welcoming environment for everyone who visits our downtown.

A portion of the funding for this transformative project was provided by the Illinois Transportation Enhancement Program.
