Rasheik Moore, 38, of Mount Vernon was arrested for Aggravated Battery in a Public Place in the 100 block of N. Court St. on Nov. 11, 2024.

Leonard Morrison, 49, of Marion was arrested for Aggravated Battery in a Public Place and Criminal Trespass to a Building in the 100 block of N. Court St. on Nov. 11, 2024.

Julie Predmore, 63, of Marion was arrested for Retail Theft in the 900 block of West Main Street on Nov. 11, 2024.

Darren Mofield, 28, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Defacement of Property and Littering in the 1000 block of West DeYoung Street on Nov. 12, 2024.

Dawn Burris, 40, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Trespass to Land in the 600 block of Future Street on Nov. 12, 2024.

Ray Williams, 37, of Marion was arrested for Reckless Conduct in the area of West Main and North Russell Street on Nov. 12, 2024.

Dalton Peters, 32, of Herrin was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on Nov. 13, 2024.

Nathan Beherns, 35, of Harrisburg was arrested for Motor Vehicle Theft in the area of West DeYoung and North Bentley Street on Nov. 10, 2024.

Timothy Rose, 45, of Du Quoin was arrested for Retail Theft at Menards on Nov. 12, 2024.

Devante Lily-Johnson, 32, of Carbondale was arrested for Driving on Revoked License and Leaving the Scene of an Accident in the area of West DeYoung and Halfway Road on Nov. 14, 2024.

Jessica Whitmire, 36, of Marion was arrested for Unlawful Use of Cannabis and Aggravated Unlawful use of a Weapon in the area of East Boulevard and North Garfield Street on Nov. 14, 2024.

Robert Hastings, 37, of Nashville was arrested for Criminal Damage to Property and Criminal Trespass to Land in the 100 block of Calvert Street on Nov. 14, 2024.

Jessica Taylor, 35, of Herrin was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in the 100 block of North Court Street on Nov. 14, 2024.
