BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following warrant information for publication on Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2024. 

Twenty-nine-year-old Bart C. Eberhardt is wanted out of Franklin County for Retail Theft. He was last known to be living in the Du Quoin area. 

Thirty-year-old Anissa R. Haymon is wanted out of Franklin County for two counts of Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance. She was last known to be living in the Energy area. There is no current picture for Haymon.

If you see any of these subjects, please do not approach them as they could be considered armed and/or dangerous.
