MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Thursday, Nov. 6, 2025.

James A. Dyer, 31, of Marion was arrested for Battery,  Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Methamphetamine in the 800 block of Main Street on Nov. 4, 2025.

James X. Dismuke, 31, of Energy was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Ammunition without Valid FOID Card in the area of Russell Street and Longstreet Road on Nov. 5, 2025.

Francesca E. Price, 68, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Trespass and Resisting a Police Officer in the 1800 block of Bittle Place on Nov. 5, 2025.
