James Buckley III was arrested for two counts of Violation of Sex Offender Registration on October 20, 2025, in the 1000 block of West DeYoung Street.

Chaquille Jefferson, 32, of Carrier Mills was arrested for Violation of Sex Offender Registration on October 21, 2025 in the 2600 block of West Main Street.

Davis Smithson, 57, of Buncombe was arrested for Retail Theft at Menard’s on October 21, 2025.

Lisa Curtis, 61, of Rock Island has been arrested for Criminal Trespass to Property, Battery to a Police Office, Obstructing Identification, and Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer on October 21, 2025, in the 400 block of North Market Street.

James Winters, 43, of Elizabethtown was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamines and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on October 22, 2025, in the 1100 block of East Main Street.

Randa J. Anderson, 36, of Carrier Mills was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamines and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on October 22, 2025, in the 1100 block of East Main Street.

Derek Sweet, 37, of Marion was arrested for Violation of Pretrial Release on October 22, 2025, in the 1900 block of The Hill Avenue on October 22, 2025.

Francesca Price, 68, of Marion was arrested for Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer and Criminal Trespass to a Residence in the 400 block of North Madison Street on October 23, 2025.
