BENTON – Franklin County Sheriff Kyle Bacon released the following information on Monday, Sept. 29, 2025. 

9-12-25 Christopher L. Sailliez, age 38, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for violation of classification for a motorcycle.

9-15-25 Danielle L. Proctor, age 33, of Valier was arrested for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of contraband in a penal institution, speeding and a Franklin County warrant for retail theft.

9-17-25 Michael D. Redmon, age 26, of Pittsburg was issued a traffic citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

9-17-25 Janet P. Daugherty, age 57, of Harrisburg was arrested for unlawful use of weapons, driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and disobeying a traffic control device.

9-17-25 Janet Meadows, age 75, of Mulkeytown was issued traffic citations for failure to reduce speed to avoid a crash and failure to yield.

9-18-25 Elaina N. Delong, age 22, of West Frankfort was arrested for obstructing identification, resisting a Peace Officer and battery.

9-18-25 Caitlin D. Gray, age 28, of Benton was arrested for home invasion and aggravated battery.

9-18-25 Steven W. Sheppard, age 40, of Ewing was arrested for home invasion and unlawful restraint.

9-18-25 Katelyn J. Pavletich, age 21, of Sesser was issued a traffic citation for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

9-18-25 Tyler K. Romines, age 32, of Sesser was arrested for two counts of endangering the life or health of a child.

9-18-25 Laura E. Suarez, age 49, of McLeansboro was issued a traffic citation for disobeying a stop sign.

9-19-25 Mercedez E. Maldonado, age 29, of Zeigler was arrested for driving while license suspended and speeding.

9-19-25 Lloyd J. Boatright, age 32, of Marion was issued a traffic citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

9-20-25 Dorena L. Tyler, age 81, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for leaving the scene of a traffic crash.

9-20-25 Trenton D. Cooper, age 22, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

9-20-25 Ivan M. Newton, age 23, of Zeigler was issued a traffic citation for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.

9-20-25 George E. Engelke, age 45, of Benton was issued a traffic citation for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.

9-20-25 Brandon W. Compton, age 37, of McLeansboro was issued a traffic citation for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.

9-20-25 Melisa N. Beard, age 44, of West Frankfort was arrested for domestic battery.

9-21-25 Robert R. Pettit, age 66, of Ewing was arrested for failure to remain at the scene of a vehicle damage accident, operating a vehicle with a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

9-24-25 Steven H. Klingel, age 61, of Mulkeytown was arrested for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of adult use cannabis in a motor vehicle.

9-26-25 Matthew A. Woods, age 37, of Benton was arrested for stalking and a warrant for petition to revoke probation.

9-26-25 Drew J. Bowers, age 27, of Orient was arrested for burglary.

9-26-25 Stephen E. Smith, age 51, of Pittsburg was issued a traffic citation for speeding.

9-26-25 Jason A. Furlong, age 48, of West Frankfort was arrested for unlawful violation of a stalking no contact order.

9-27-25 Braxton H. Kristoff, age 26, of Benton was issued a traffic citation for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.

9-27-25 Cliff A. Thomas, age 46, of Thompsonville was issued a traffic citation for speeding.

9-28-25 Braden M. Sileven, age 19, of Thompsonville was arrested for aggravated domestic battery and unlawful consumption of alcohol.

9-28-25 Danny W. Eubanks Jr., age 21, of Benton was arrested for aggravated domestic battery.

9-29-25 Brandon K. Bolen, age 37 of Dayton, OH, was issued a traffic citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

9-20-25 Christina L. Walden, age 46, of Thompsonville. Failure to appear for criminal trespass to residence.

9-22-25 William D. Acree, age 38, of Marion. Failure to appear for possession of adult use cannabis.

9-23-25 Radley S. Long, age 36, of Valier. Failure to appear for possession of a stolen vehicle.

9-24-25 Dustin E. Forby, age 50, of Christopher. Failure to appear for methamphetamine delivery.

9-24-25 Tabatha M. Allen, age 39, of West Frankfort. Failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine.
