MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Thursday, Aug. 7, 2025. 

Katy L. Tolomei, 40, of Roseville, MI, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Cannabis in the area of Carbon Street and Rendleman Street on July 30, 2025.

Jason A. Dickens, 41, of Carbondale was arrested for Criminal Trespass in the 2600 block of DeYoung Street on Aug. 4, 2025.

Carli S. Marshall, 47, of Marion was arrested for Reporting a False Police Report in the 200 block Main Street on Aug. 5, 2025.

Ireranna L. Akins, 20, of Carbondale was arrested for Possession of Stolen Vehicle in the 1200 block of DuFour Street on Aug. 5, 2025.

Jimorie J. Harvey, 18, of Marion was arrested for Resisting a Police Officer in the 1200 block of DuFour Street on Aug. 5, 2025.

Derek R. Sweet, 37, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Damage to Property, Criminal Trespass and Obstructing a Police Officer in the 1300 block of Halfway Road on Aug. 5, 2025.

Ernestine A. Burgess, 44, of Marion was arrested for Aggravated Assault in the 2200 block of Nichole Lane on Aug. 6, 2025.
