MARION – The Marion Police Department recently released the following information.
Monday, June 16
Derek R. Sweet, 36, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Trespass and Violation of Pretrial Release in the 1700 block of DeYoung Street on June 12, 2025.
Jay C. Stigall, 50, of Marion was arrested for Driving on Suspended License and Possession of Methamphetamine in the area of Bentley Street and White Street on June 12, 2025.
Adam R. Jennings, 38, of West Frankfort was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting a Police Officer in the 1300 block of White Street on June 12, 2025.
Sean E. Lilly, 30, of Mt Vernon was arrested for Aggravated Battery and Criminal Damage to Property in the 800 block of Jodi Lane on June 14, 2025.
Bradley A. Hobson, 29, of Herrin was arrested for Threatening a Public Official and Resisting a Police Officer in the 900 block of Radcliffe Street on June 14, 2025.
Friday, June 20
John M. Frizzell Jr., 29, of Marion was arrested for Possession of Stolen Property in the 1100 block of DeYoung Street on June 16, 2025.
Anthony K. Wynn, 31, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery, Motor Vehicle Theft, Possession of Stolen Vehicle and Possession of Methamphetamine in the 2700 block of DeYoung Street on June 15, 2025.
Motasem N. Saleh, 21 of Dearborn, MI, has been arrested for Driving on Suspended License in the area of DeYoung Street and Terminal Drive on June 16, 2025.
Fabian P. Burgos, 20, was arrested for Retail Theft at Kroger on June 17, 2025.
Cody W. Rice, 22, of Pittsburg was arrested for Reckless Conduct, Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in the area of Russell Street and DeYoung Street on June 18, 2025.
Francesca E. Price, 68, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Trespass, Unlawful Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in the 800 block of Main Street on June 19, 2025.
Ashley G. Conley, 32, of Marion was arrested Retail Theft in the 400 block of DeYoung Street on June 19, 2025.
Daniel W. Campbell, 40, of Marion was arrested for Disorderly Conduct in the 1300 block of Halfway Road on June 19, 2025.
Darion L. Hardin, 19, of Harrisburg was arrested for Driving on Suspended License and Driving 21 over Posted Speed Limit in the 200 block of DeYoung Street on June 19, 2025.
