MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Tuesday, May 20, 2025. 

Ryan C. Kinsella, 38, of Palatine was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in the 200 block of DeYoung Street on May 9, 2025.

Mickolena Chaney, 39, of Marion was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Illegal Possession of Ammunition, No Valid Registration, Obstructed Front Windshield, Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and Illegal Transportation of Alcohol in the 1300 block of Main Street on May 16, 2025.

Colleen S. Hanks, 37, of Marion was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Controlled Substance in the 800 block of Main Street on May 16, 2025.

Tristin B. Williams, 31, of Murphysboro was arrested for Unlawful Use of Cannabis while Driving, Driving on Suspended License, Improper Turn Signal and Unlawful Use of a Weapon in the area of Rita Road and Carla Lane on May 16, 2025.

Damon D. Gray, 46, of Chicago was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of a Stolen Vehicle in the 2200 block of Nichole Lane on May 17, 2025.

Steven R. Binkley, 29, of West Frankfort was arrested for Retail Theft at Rural King on May 17, 2025.

Haylee S. Hall, 29, of Elizabethtown was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in the 1300 block of Enterprise Way on May 17, 2025.

Jarvis M. Clark, 39, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery in the 1500 block of Shinnecock Court on May 17, 2025.

Justin D. Watkins, 33, of Carbondale was arrested for Aggravated Battery and Resisting a Police Officer in the 400 block of Boyton Street on May 18, 2025.

Brandon L. Lankford, 38, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Trespass in the 900 block of Main Street on May 19, 2025.

Oscar A. Corral, 25, of Texas was arrested for Driving with No Valid Driver’s License in the 8100 block of Express Drive on May 19, 2025.

Ricky A. Smith, 57, of Energy was arrested for Aggravated Domestic Battery and Violation of Order of Protection in the 800 block of Washington Street on May 19, 2025.
