MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Tuesday, May 6, 2025. 

Ariel D. Houston, 46, of Marion was arrested for Violation of an Order of Protection in the 800 block of Morningside Drive on May 1, 2025.

Dylan R. Nash, 18, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Trespass to Residence in the 1000 block of Clark Street on May 1, 2025.

Rikki J. Kniffen, 37, of Herrin was arrested for Speeding 35 mph Over Limit, Reckless Driving and Attempt to Flee/Elude an Officer in the area of Skyline Drive and Lakeview Road on May 1, 2025.

Amber R. Ivy, 30, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery in the 1000 block of Sherman Drive on May 1, 2025.

Traveon I. Loving, 39, of Marion was arrested for Driving on Suspended License in the area of Future Street and College Street on May 3, 2025.

Christopher J. Williams, 20, of Cypress was arrested for Driving on Suspended License and Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle in the area of Boulevard Street and Carbon Street on May 3, 2025.

Robert D. Starcher, 36, of Marion was arrested for Driving on Suspended License and Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle in the area of College Street and Burr Street on May 3, 2025.

Dusty D. Bozarth, 39, of Creal Springs was arrested for Criminal Trespass and Possession of Methamphetamine in the 2800 block of Outer Drive on May 3, 2025.

Brianna N. Swann, 25, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery in the area of Route 37 and Wildcat Drive on May 5, 2025.

Jeremiah Amble, 28, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery in the area of Route 37 and Wildcat Drive on May 5, 2025.
