MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Thursday, April 10, 2025.

Jessica Starcher, 31, of Carrier Mills was arrested for Driving on Suspended License, Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Cannabis in the 2300 block of Main Street on April 3, 2025.

Joyce Sagler, 28, of Shawneetown was issued a citation for Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Failure to Reduce Speed to avoid a Accident in the area of Russell Street and DeYoung Street on April 4, 2025.

Erin Holloway, 40, of Streator was arrested for Retail Theft and Possession of Controlled Substance at Kroger on April 7, 2025.

Douglas Flannigan, 62, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery in the 700 block of Duncan Street on April 7, 2025.

Christi Jones, 42, of Johnston City was arrested of Misuse of 911 in the 600 block of Johnson Street on April 9, 2025.

Ronald Goodlow Jr., 28, of Carbondale was arrested for Driving on Suspended License in the area of DeYoung Street and I-57 on April 9, 2025.
