MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Monday, March 24, 2025.

Cameron MeCord, 20, of Marion was arrested for Violation of Pretrial Release in the area of West Boulevard and North Russell on March 19, 2025.

Anthony Alvarado, 44, of Marion was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in the 1800 block of Bittle Place on March 20, 2025.

Michael Elliot, 56, of Galatia was issued a citation for Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle in the area of Williamson County Parkway and DeYoung Street on March 21, 2025.

Misty Copher, 47, of Marion was arrested for Retail Theft and Criminal Trespass in the 1300 block of Carbon Street on March 21, 2025.

Lawrence Mitchell, 51, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery in the 1000 block of Tamarack Lane on March 22, 2025.

Timothy Butler, 43, of Herrin was arrested for Aggravated Battery in the 1800 block of Bittle Place on March 23, 2025.

Lawanda Kaegi, 40, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Damage to Property and Disorderly Conduct in the 1300 block of Enterprise Way on March 23, 2025.

Erin Holloway, 40, of Streator was arrested for Violation of Controlled Substance Act and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in the 1800 block of Bittle Place on March 23, 2025.

Terry Thompson, 59, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Trespass in the 400 block of Jackson Street on March 23, 2025.
