MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Monday, March 17, 2025.

Ashley Conley, 32, of Marion was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine in the 3300 block of DeYoung Street on March 11, 2025.

Donald Brown, 48, of Cypress was arrested for Driving on Suspended License, Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Operating Motor Vehicle with Registration Suspended in the area of Stockton Street and Highland Street on March 12, 2025.

Darius Gardet, 32, of Carbondale was arrested for Forgery and Resisting a Police Officer in the 1100 block of Carbon Street on March 13, 2025.

Jennifer Shelton, 35, of Carbondale was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on March 13, 2025.

Julian McMillen, 38, of Marion was arrested for two counts of Aggravated Battery and two counts of Resisting a Police Officer in the area of McKinley Street and Otis Street on March 13, 2025.

Dillon Cook, 21, of Christopher was arrested for Criminal Trespass in the 2800 block of Outer Drive on March 15, 2025.

Richard Espinoza, 34, of Marion was arrested for Aggravated Battery and Aggravated Assault in the 1500 block of DeYoung Street on March 15, 2025.
