MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Friday, Feb. 21, 2025. 

Thomas Pogue, 42, of Marion was arrested for Burglary and Criminal Damage to Property in the 600 block of Van Buren Street on Jan. 21, 2025.

Dustin Smith, 35, of Marion was arrested for Retail Theft at Roll N Up Liquor on Feb. 18, 2025.

Nicholas Hartwell, 27, of Orient was issued a citation for Unlawful use of Cannabis while Driving and Possession of Drug Paraphernlia in the 700 block of Court Street on Feb. 18, 2025.

Quodais Myers, 27, of Chicago was arrested Retail Theft at Walmart on Feb. 18, 2025.

Antwon Brown, 35, of Marion was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernlia in the 1200 block of Court Street on Feb. 18, 2025.

Jarrod Jack, 45, of Marion was arrested for Driving on Suspended License in the area of North Washington Street and East Carter Street on Feb. 19, 2025.

Gabriel Allen, 23, of Marion was arrested for Driving on Revoked License in the 1100 block of Carbon Street on Feb. 19, 2025.

Drake Borders, 20, of Royalton was arrested for Aggravated Domestic Battery in the 200 block of Wild Rose Lane on Feb. 20, 2025.
