BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following information on Monday, Feb. 3, 2025. 

1-24-25 Adam Z. Malawy, age 30, of Sesser was issued traffic citations for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, reckless driving and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

1-28-25 James S. English, age 57, of Royalton was arrested for battery.

1-28-25 Todd M. Robbins, age 63, of Sesser was issued a traffic citation for improper overtaking.

1-28-25 Michael A. Parks, age 47, of Buckner was arrested for theft.

1-28-25 Bryan F. Parks, age 44, of Buckner was arrested for burglary and two counts of theft.

1-28-25 Mason L. Parks, age 21, of Buckner was arrested for theft.

1-28-25 Linda N. Fulford, age 47, of Buckner was arrested for theft.

1-30-25 Hailee B. Davis, age 29, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

1-31-25 Robert W. Einspahr, age 34, of Benton was issued a traffic citation for operating a vehicle without a valid registration.

1-31-25, Kenneth R. Atchison, age 48, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for speeding.

1-31-25 Ryan L. Sieveking, age 47, of Thompsonville was arrested for domestic battery, unlawful possession of weapons by a felon, possession of a firearm without a valid FOID and possession of firearm ammunition without a valid FOID.

2-1-25 Jerry D. Dare Jr., age 27, of Benton was issued a traffic citation for speeding.

2-1-25 Richard D. Hammonds, age 40, of Christopher was issued a traffic citation for illegal transportation of alcohol.

2-1-25 April D. Massey, age 28, of Johnston City was issued a traffic citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

2-1-25 Jada R. Grady, age 27, of Carrier Mills was issued a traffic citation for speeding.

2-2-25 Cody J. Yard, age 32, of West Frankfort was arrested for battery.

WARRANT ARRESTS

1-28-25 Jessica M. Taylor, age 35, of Marion. Failure to appear for driving while license suspended.

1-28-25 Cassandra E. Beatty, age 25, of Christopher. Washington County failure to appear warrant for possession of methamphetamine.

1-28-25 Alexandria R. Wade, age 23, of Royalton. Failure to appear for driving while license suspended.

1-29-25 Dolph W. Vanhoorebeke, age 59, of Royalton. Failure to appear for aggravated battery.

1-31-25 Robert J. Carlton, age 55, of West Frankfort. Failure to appear for battery.

1-31-25 Jack Stanley, age 61, of Orient. Failure to appear for criminal trespass to residence.

2-3-25 Drake A. Curry, age 35, of Sesser. Violation of an order of protection.

The public is reminded that all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
