MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Friday, Jan. 31, 2025. 

Mark Smithson, 28, of Big Spring, TX, was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Resisting a Police Officer in the 1300 block of Cornell Avenue on Jan. 27, 2025.

Misti Caton, 38, of Pittsburg, KS, was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in the 1300 block of Cornell Avenue on Jan. 27, 2025.

Kano Stewart, 26, of Marion was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Violation of Pretrial Release in the 900 block of Court Street on Jan. 27, 2025.

Ashley Conley, 32, of Marion was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine in the 800 block of Longstreet Road on Jan. 27, 2025.

Fabian Burgos, 19, of Marion was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on Jan. 28, 2025.

Stacey Timmon, 40, of Centralia was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on Jan. 30, 2025.
