MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2025.

Richard Colbroth, 32, of Creal Springs was arrested for Retail Theft and Driving on Revoked License in the 1500 block of DeYoung Street on Jan, 24, 2025.

Erin Patton, 38, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery and Driving on Suspended License in the 1300 block of Boulevard Street on Jan. 24, 2025.

Michael Morales, 35, of Marion was arrested for Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm, Armed Habitual Criminal in Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Possession of  Cannabis by Driver, Reckless Conduct, Driving on Suspended, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Felon Possession of Firearm/Gang Member, Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm from a Vehicle and Violating Conditions of Pretrial Release in the area of Pickett Lane and Valmar Drive on Jan. 25, 2025.

Douglas McDermott, 46, of Carbondale was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Contraband in Penal Institution in the 2600 block of Main Street on Jan. 27, 2025.
