BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following information on Monday, Jan. 27, 2025.

1-14-25 Beverly D. Rogers, age 18, of McLeansboro was arrested for driving while license suspended.

1-15-25 John K. Westerberg, age 37, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

1-15-25 Preston T. Williams, age 27, of Benton was arrested for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

1-19-25 Clayton J. Griggs, age 29, of Thompsonville was arrested for aggravated battery.

1-20-25 Chasity L. Earnheart, age 46, of Mulkeytown was issued a traffic citation for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

1-21-25 Evan A. Hawk, age 22, of Benton was arrested for aggravated domestic battery.

1-22-25 Codie E. Vickers, age 53, of Royalton was arrested for harassment through electronic communications, disorderly conduct and resisting a Peace Officer.

1-22-25 Kelley A. Connell, age 38, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for speeding.

1-23-25 Benjamin A. Tate, age 47, of Benton was arrested for resisting and obstructing a Peace Officer.

1-24-25 Ryan P. Nalley, age 42, of McLeansboro was arrested for two counts of theft.

1-24-25 Dawn M. Wolfe, age 50, of Murphysboro was issued a traffic citation for possession of adult use cannabis in a motor vehicle.

1-24-25 Shelia F. Duty, age 57, of Murphysboro was issued a traffic citation for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.

1-25-25 Alisa M. McPherson, age 39, of Benton was issued a traffic citation for failure to wear a seatbelt.
