Cody Swagger, 31, of Carbondale was arrested for Retail Theft and Criminal Trespass to Building at Walmart on Dec. 10, 2024.

Erin Holloway, 40, of Pontiac was arrested for Retail Theft in the 1100 block of Carbon Street on Dec. 12, 2024.

Edward Wills, 41, of Colp was arrested for Driving on Revoked License in the 2700 block of DeYoung Street on Dec. 16, 2024.

Gerald Ellsworth, 47, of Marion was arrested for Violate Sex Offender Registration in the 1800 block of Bittle Place on Dec. 16, 2024.

Victoria Winters, 26, of Marion was arrested for Resisting a Police Officer in the 1800 block of North Court Street on Dec. 16, 2024.

Dakota Johnson, 31, of Marion was arrested for Driving on Suspended License and Possession of Methamphetamine in the 1300 block of North Carbon Street on Dec. 17, 2024.

Destini Gregor, 38, of Golconda was arrested for Retail Theft and Criminal Trespass to a Building at Walmart on Dec. 17, 2024.

Antonio Brown, 35, of Marion was Issued a Citation for Possession of Cannabis in the 1000 block of DeYoung Street on Dec. 18, 2024.

Jessica Taylor, 35, of Herrin was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine in the area of North Bentley Street and West Stockton Street on Dec. 18, 2024.

Alexis Johnson, 28, of Herrin was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on Dec. 18, 2024.

Bobby Owen, 46, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery and Threaten a Public Official in the 1400 block of State on Dec. 18, 2024.

Trevor Andrescavage, 23, of Marion was arrested for Aggravated Domestic Battery and Aggravated Assault in the 1500 block of Bentley Street on Dec. 19, 2024.
