MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Monday, Dec. 16, 2024.

Donna Stanish, 57, of Medford was arrested for Motor Vehicle Theft in the 1800 block Bittle Place on Dec. 12, 2024.

Earl Fairley, 46, of Marion was arrested for Theft-Victim 60+ in the area of 2800 block of Outer Drive on Dec. 13, 2024.

Victoria Holmes, 47, of Marion was arrested for Violation of an Order of Protection in the 1400 block of Garfield Street on Dec. 13, 2024.

David Mosbacker, 40, of Marion was arrested for Aggravated Fleeing/Elude, Driving on Revoked License, Speeding, Reckless Conduct, Reckless Driving, Two Counts of Disobey Traffic Control Device, Fail to Yield/Stop Private Property in the area of West Main Street and South Halfway Road on Dec. 14, 2024.

Destinee Johns, 25, of Carterville was arrested for Domestic Battery in the 500 block of Reeves Street on Dec. 14, 2024.

Kano Stewart, 26, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Trespass to Residence, Criminal Damage to Property and Resisting a Police Officer in the 100 block of Buchanan Street on Dec. 14, 2024.
