MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Friday, Dec. 13, 2024.

Jeremy Thiele, 35, of Marion was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Cannabis in the area of North Washington Street and East Boulevard Street on Dec. 3, 2024.

Jessica Sims, 46, of Gorham was arrested for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle in the 1800 block of Bittle Place on Dec. 8, 2024.

Sierra Donavan, 38, of Marion was arrested for Possession of Stolen Property and Theft in the 2700 block of Walton Way on Dec. 8, 2024.

Yolanda Null, 64, of Marion was arrested for Driving on Suspended in the 200 block of West DeYoung Street on Dec. 10, 2024.

Peter Richards, 41, of Carbondale was arrested for Resisting a Police Officer, Disorderly Conduct and Reckless Conduct in the area of West Boulevard Street and North Russell Street on Dec. 10, 2024.

Corian Harris, 20, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery in the 100 block of Gray Street on Dec. 10, 2024.

Jacob Rapacz, 20, of Marion was arrested for Aggravated Battery and Criminal Damage to Property on I-57 on Dec. 11, 2024.

Michael Mayse, 34, of Carbondale was arrested for Retail Theft and Criminal Trespass to a Building at Walmart on Dec. 11, 2024.

Devon Phillips, 18, of Marion was arrested for Aggravated Battery in the 400 block of Court Street on Dec. 11, 2024.

Dannette Kuelbs, 50, of Marion was arrested for Retail Theft and Criminal Trespass to a Building at Walmart on Dec. 12, 2024.
