MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Thursday, Dec. 5, 2024.

Fabian Burgos, 19, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Trespass to Residence and Criminal Damage to Property in the 900 block of College Street on Nov. 24, 2024.

James Buckley, 33, of Marion was issued a citation for Unlawful use of Cannabis in the area of South Carbon Street and West Main on Nov. 26, 2024.

Tara Sherrod, 54, of Marion was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on Nov. 27, 2024.

Barbara Williams, 40, of Carrier Mills was arrested for Retail Theft and Possession of Controlled Substance in the 1300 block of Enterprise Way on Nov. 29, 2024.

Natasha Mora, 19, of Chicago was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on Dec. 2, 2024.

Dalan Mann, 45, of Carrier Mills was arrested for Driving on Suspended License in the area of North Court Street and West Belcher Street on Dec. 2, 2024.

Charles Kaegi, 41, of Marion was arrested for Possession of Meth in the 800 block of Granite Street on Dec. 3, 2024.

Raymond Long, 25, of Marion was arrested for Resisting a Police Officer in the 800 block of Granite Street on Dec. 3, 2024.

Charles Raines, 31, of West Frankfort was issued a City Ordinance Violation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Cannabis, Operating an Uninsured Vehicle and Driving on Suspended License in the 1300 block of Halfway Road on Dec. 4, 2024.
