MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Monday, Dec. 2, 2024. 

Jonathan Loucks, 33, of Sesser was arrested for Retail Theft at Target on Nov. 16, 2024.

Raeann Mitchell, 41, of Pontiac was arrested for Possession and Delivery of Drugs in the area of West DeYoung and I-57 on Nov. 25, 2024.

Betty Davis, 44, of Marion was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Cannabis and Driving on Suspended License in the area of North Logan Street and East Parham Street on Nov. 25, 2024.

Maribel Sanchez Esquivel, 33, of Carmi was arrested for Driving on Suspended License in the 1300 Block of Redco Drive on Nov. 26, 2024.

Skylar Fleming, 19, of Chicago was arrested for Violation of Conditions of Pretrial Release in the 100 block of Calvert Street on Nov. 26, 2024.

Raymond Marshall Jr. 40, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery and Resisting a Police Officer in the 500 block of Market Street on Nov. 28, 2024.

Deshon Wooley, 33, of Carbondale was arrested for Possession of Adult use Cannabis in Motor Vehicle, Resisting a Police Officer, Driving without Registration affixed to the bumper and Driving without Taillights when Required in the area of North Russell Street and West Mack Avenue on Nov. 29, 2024.

Dustin Williams, 38, of Herrin was arrested for Aggravated Assault in the 100 Block of Court Street on Nov. 29, 2024.

Maruccina Menicucci, 41, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery in the 1500 block of Parham Street on Nov. 30, 2024.
