MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2024. 

James Dyer, 30, of Marion was arrested for Residential Burglary in the 1500 block of Scottsboro Road on Sept. 20, 2024.

Kayla Sadler, 40, of Marion was arrested for Residential Burglary in the 1500 block of Scottsboro Road on Sept. 20, 2024.

Gary Ward, 54, of Carbondale was arrested for Aggravated Battery in a Public Place in the 2700 block of Walton Way on Sept. 20, 2024.

Deidre Behring, 46, of Marion was arrested for Attempted Arson in the 800 block of Jodi Lane on Sept. 20, 2024.

Wallace Payton Jr., 24, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery and Aggravated Assault in the 900 block of West Goodall Street on Sept. 23, 2024.
