CARMI – White County State’s Attorney Chris Neal released the following sentencing information on Wednesday, April 10, 2024.

Everett Martin was sentenced to 3 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for Possession of Methamphetamine, a Class 3 felony, on March 27. The sentence was handed down by the Honorable T. Scott Webb after a joint recommendation.

Anthony Parrish was sentenced to 3 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for Unauthorized Video Recording, a Class 4 felony, on March 27. The sentence was handed down by the Honorable T. Scott Webb after a joint recommendation.

James Earl was sentenced to 6 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for Theft, a Class 3 felony, on April 1. The sentence was handed down by the Honorable T. Scott Webb after a sentencing hearing.

David Strean was sentenced to 7 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for Possession of Methamphetamine, a Class 3 felony; and 5 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for Use of Property, a Class 2 felony. The sentences were handed down by the Honorable T. Scott Webb after a sentencing hearing on April 1 and are to be served consecutively.

Erika Bailey was sentenced to 3 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for Criminal Damage to Property, a Class 4 felony on April 2. The sentence was handed down by the Honorable T. Scott Webb after a joint recommendation.
