BENTON – The Franklin County Emergency Management Agency says a man was found Tuesday night after he went missing earlier in the evening.

William J. Armstrong was last seen around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the area of Bailey Lane and Park Street in Benton. Officials say Armstrong suffers from the early stages of dementia and was considered missing endangered.

FCEMA sent out a Nixle alert around 9:15 p.m. saying Armstrong had been found.
