BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following information on Monday, March 18, 2024.

3-4-24 Jaxon S. Haley, age 21, of Waltonville was issued a traffic citation for failure to report a traffic accident to police.

3-5-24 Jacob D. Young, age 25, of Buckner was issued traffic citations for speeding and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

3-5-24 Cheyenne B. Maceri, age 31, of Benton was arrested for violation of an order of protection. Maceri also had a failure to appear warrant for violation of an order of protection.

3-6-24 Cheyenne B. Maceri, age 31, of Benton was arrested for violation of an order of protection.

3-9-24 Zackare J. Vieira, age 29, of Sesser was arrested for driving while license suspended.

3-9-24 Ralph R. Taylor Jr., age 22, of Valier was issued a traffic citation for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.

3-9-24 Justin W. Halterman, age 38, of Sesser was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and a Williamson County failure to appear warrant for possession of methamphetamine.

3-9-24 Racheal A. Koerber, age 31, of Christopher was arrested for driving while license suspended.

3-9-24 Travis L. Cobb, age 27, of Marston, NC, was issued a traffic citation for disobeying a traffic control device.

3-10-24 Ty D. Cardwell, age 27, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for speeding.

3-11-24 Steven D. Martin, age 28, of Denton, TX, was issued a traffic citation for no valid registration.

3-11-24 Brody D. Baker, age 21, of Energy was issued traffic citations for speeding and reckless driving.

3-11-24 Brian J. McBee, age 30, of Carrier Mills was arrested for unlawful possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle and speeding.

3-12-24 Chad L. Hubble, age 25, of Thompsonville was issued traffic citations for leaving the scene of an accident and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

3-12-24 Brady A. Wickman-Lentz, age 25, of Walnut Hill, IL, was issued a traffic citation for speeding in a construction zone.

3-12-24 Jeffrie T. Giroux, age 32, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

3-13-24 Darrell D. Keelin, age 61, of Benton was issued traffic citations for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report an accident and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

3-13-24 William D. Acree, age 37, of Marion was arrested for unlawful possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle. Acree also had a Jackson County failure to appear warrant for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.

3-14-24 Jennifer L. Fertaly, age 40, of Carterville was issued a traffic citation for failure to wear a seat belt.

3-14-24 John W. Griffin Jr., age 55, of Benton was issued a traffic citation for failure to wear a seat belt.

3-14-24 Randall G. McBride, age 31, of Murphysboro was issued a traffic citation for failure to wear a seat belt.

3-14-24 Desiree D. Elston, age 41, of Marion issued traffic citations for speeding and no valid registration.

3-14-24 Charles S. Ligon, age 32, of Marion was arrested for aggravated battery.

3-14-24 Jentre E. Heitman, age 18, of Benton was arrested for domestic battery.

3-15-24 Patrick M. McClendon, age 56, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for speeding.

3-15-24 Melanie A. Webb, age 46, of Ewing was issued a traffic citation for having a suspended registration.

3-16-24 Chelsea A. Riddle, age 25, of West Frankfort was issued traffic citations for having an expired and suspended registration.

3-16-24 Tristan L. Hubbard, age 27, of West Frankfort was arrested for speeding and driving while license suspended.

3-16-24 Lucas O. Tiberend, age 18, of Benton was issued a traffic citation for failure to wear a seat belt.

3-16-24 Jillian Sanders, age 45, of West Frankfort was issued traffic citations for speeding and driving with a suspended registration.

3-16-24 Derek A. Loucks, age 36, of Christopher was issued a traffic citation for speeding.

3-17-24 Adrien M. Adams, age 28, of Mt. Vernon was issued a traffic citation for speeding.

3-17-24 Breann T. Murphy, age 22, of Orient was issued a traffic citation for speeding.

3-17-24 Grafton S. Howell, age 20, of Mt. Vernon was arrested for speeding and unlawful possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle.

3-17-24 Trenton L. Greenwood, age 19, of Mt. Vernon was arrested for adult use cannabis in a motor vehicle.

3-7-24 Adam E. Turner, age 45, of Golconda. Pope County warrant for criminal sexual assault.

3-10-244 Cole J. Mann, age 29, of West Frankfort. Unlawful restraint and criminal trespass to residence.

3-12-24 Ann M. Taylor, age 49, of Bush, IL. Failure to appear for driving while license revoked.

3-12-24 Joseph P. Tegal Jr., age 35, of Du Quoin. Failure to appear for driving while license suspended.

3-13-24 Frank L. Humphrey, age 44, of Benton. Failure to appear for criminal damage to government supported property.

3-15-24 Steven W. Turner, age 41, of West Frankfort. Domestic battery.
