MARION – The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of Illinois 37 and Prosperity Road north of Marion around 9:50 Thursday night for a report of a “naked man in a homeowner’s hot tub throwing rocks at the residence.”

When deputies arrived, they found an unclothed male in the hot tub throwing hot tub accessories at the home. The man was detained and later taken to an area hospital for evaluation.

Due to the medical nature of the call, the suspect’s name has not been released. No further law enforcement action is being taken according to the sheriff’s office.
