BENTON – Ralph LaVern Jones Jr., age 44, of Benton, Illinois, passed away at 9:00 p.m. Saturday, February 3, 2024, from injuries sustained in a head-on motor vehicle accident that occurred in Perry County, Illinois.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 9, 2024, at the Leffler Funeral Home of Benton, IL, with Pastor Michael Jeter officiating.

Burial will follow in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery East of Thompsonville, IL.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. Friday until the funeral hour at 1:00 p.m. at the Leffler Funeral Home of Benton.

The family would prefer memorial contributions be made in memory of Ralph to his family to assist with expenses.
