MARION – One of two suspects wanted in the Christmas Day theft of a camper on Thompsonville Road in Williamson County has been captured.

According to the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office, deputies acting on several tips from citizens, apprehending Levi J. Flute at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday on Illinois 13 at Pittsburg Road.

The camper was recovered by Williamson County deputies later on Christmas Day.

Warrants were issued for Levi J. Flute and Terry A. Flute. Another suspect, Brittany A. Stanley, was arrested at the time of the incident.

The search for Levi Flute included Williamson, Franklin, and Union counties.

Meanwhile, Terry A. Flute is still at large. You should not approach or attempt to apprehend him.
